Do I have to take part in all 10 days?
You’re welcome to enter one day or just a couple but we highly recommend challenging yourself in the magnificent 10 days and make memories along with receiving the unique medal/trophy
Do I have to run?
It’s up to you as long as you can finish by 3pm
Do I need to bring a cup?
This is a cupless events like most low-key events we are trying to cut down on plastic waste to help the environment
Can my child run in the event?
We do allow children to take part in our events with the following conditions.
* They must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
* They are subject to distance guidelines as generally recognised by the running community. These are as follows
Aged 14 and under 5k
Aged 15 years and over 10k
Aged 17 years and over half marathon
Aged 18 years and over marathon/ultra
Is this a marathon event?
Marathon is an option along with 5k, 10k, half marathon and ultra
