About the Great Barrow Challenge
The event began in 2009 as a walking challenge of 4 marathon distance walks in 4 days. As it grew in popularity the event evolved into a running festival and was extended to 10 days in 2013.
2023 will be our 9th 10 in 10 and will see more ordinary people achieve extraordinary things. You will run your distance challenge and do more miles than you thought possible.
It's a challenge that not everyone will complete but the feeling when you cross that finish line is second to none.
